How to get to the conference hotel
The venue for the 22nd International Conference on Competition is the Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzlerplatz in Berlin (Ella-Trebe-Straße 5, 10557 Berlin).
Arrival by air - Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)
Taxi
You will find a taxi rank in front of terminal 1 at level E0. The journey from the Berlin Brandenburg airport to the Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzleramt takes approx. 45 minutes (30 km). The trip will cost approx. € 55.
Public transport
The FEX airport express shuttle and the regional trains RE 7 and RB 14 operate several times an hour between Flughafen Bahnhof Terminal 1-2 (directly below Terminal 1) and Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central railway station). The journey takes 30 minutes. You can also take the S9 train which operates approximately every 20 minutes between the airport station Flughafen Bahnhof Terminal 1-2 and Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central railway station). The journey takes 50 minutes.
At the railway station follow the signs for Bundeskanzleramt/Washingtonplatz. The hotel is situated on the right-hand side of the square, approx. 180 metres from the railway station (Ella-Trebe-Straße 5).
