The Bundeskartellamt cleared the planned acquisition of Mayersche KG (Mayersche) and B.O.B. Best of Books GmbH (B.O.B.) by the Thalia Group (Thalia). The merger, which had to be notified, was not expected to significantly impede effective competition.
